高校研究生辅导员专业化培养与职业化建设研究

On Professional Training of Graduate Students' Counselor

近年来,随着我国研究生教育规模的不断扩大和研究生培养机制改革的推进,研究生思想政治教育的重要性日益突出,对我国高校研究生辅导员队伍建设提出了更高的要求。本文分析了现阶段研究生辅导员队伍建设存在的主要问题,针对这些问题提出了如何加强研究生辅导员队伍专业化职业化建设的对策和建议。

In recent years, with the continuous expansion of postgraduate education in China and the innovation of mechanism of graduate student training, the importance of graduate students ideological and political education is becoming more and more prominent, which raises higher requirements for the construction of graduate students＇ counselor team. This paper analyzes the main problems of graduate students＇ counselor team construction at present and puts forward countermeasures to strengthen the professional construction of graduate students＇ counselor team.
