摘要
本文通过实验揭示麝鼠香的抗炎、抗凝血作用，并为最终用麝鼠香替代麝香药用奠定基础。通过“小鼠二甲苯耳肿胀法”、“小鼠腹腔渗出实验法”证实麝鼠香(120mg/kg、60mg/kg)且有抗炎作用(P<0.01)，作用强度与麝香(120mg/kg)接近(P<0.01)。玻片法试验证明其有延长血液凝血时间的作用(P<0.01)，效果优于麝香(P<0.05)。
Objective:To show pharmacology effect on the anti-inflammation and anti-coagulation of muskrat musk to lay foundations for replacing moschus with muskrat musk. Methods: 'A method of mouse ear smelling'and 'a method of abdominal cavity leakage' were used. Result: Muskrat musk has an effect of anti—inflammation (P<0.01) similar to moschus.Further 'a method of the glass' shows that it has an effect of lengthening coagulation time. Conclusion: Muskrat musk has effects of the anti-inflammation and anticoagulation.
