生物羊膜贴敷治疗Ⅱ-Ⅲ度宫颈糜烂的临床观察

Clinical observation of biological amnion patching in the treatment of cervical erosion of Ⅱ-Ⅲ degree

目的观察生物羊膜（以下简称羊膜）治疗Ⅱ～Ⅲ度宫颈糜烂的临床效果。方法将100例Ⅱ～Ⅲ度宫颈糜烂患者随机分为观察组和对照组各50例。观察组采用羊膜贴敷治疗，对照组采用局部微波治疗。观察2组临床疗效、阴道出血时间、排液时间及不良反应情况。结果观察组总有效率为100．0％高于对照组的86．0％，差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。治疗后观察组阴道出血时间、排液时间均短于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P〈0．01）。2组均未见明显不良反应。结论羊膜贴敷治疗宫颈糜烂效果显著，安全性好，预后无瘢痕，值得临床推广应用。

Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of biological amnion （ hereinafter referred to as amnion） patc-hing in the treatment of cervical erosion of Ⅱ-Ⅲ degree. Methods 100 cases patients with cervical erosion of Ⅱ-Ⅲ degree were randomly divided into observation group and control group, each of 50 cases. Observation group were terated with amniotic patching, and control group were given the treatment of local microwave. Observed the clinical efficacy, vaginal bleeding time, draining time and adverse reactions of two groups. Results The total effective rate of observation group （ 100.0% ） was higher than that of control group （ 86.0% ）, the difference was statistically significant （P 〈 0.05 ）. After treatment, the vaginal bleed-ing time, draining time of observation group were shorter than those of control group, the difference was statistically significant （ P 〈 0.01 ）. Two groups showed no significant adverse reactions. Conclusion Amniotic treatment of cervical erosion effect is remarkable, good security, the prognosis is no scar, worthy of clinical application.
