多烯磷脂酰胆碱联合地衣芽孢杆菌治疗非酒精性脂肪肝疗效观察 被引量:2

摘要 目的观察多烯磷脂酰胆碱联合地衣芽孢杆菌治疗非酒精性脂肪肝(NAFLD)的临床疗效。方法将114例非酒精性脂肪肝患者随机分为观察组60例和对照组54例。对照组给予多烯磷脂酰胆碱治疗,观察组另加用地衣芽孢杆菌联合治疗。观察2组临床疗效和治疗前后血清丙氨酸氨基转移酶(ALT)、天门冬氨酸转氨酶(AST)、血清总胆固醇(TC)、三酰甘油(TG)、高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(HDL-C)水平变化情况。结果观察组总有效率为91.7%高于对照组的70.3%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,2组ALT、AST、TC、TG及HDL-C水平均改善,且观察组改善情况优于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05或P<0.01)。结论多烯磷脂酰胆碱联合地衣芽孢杆菌治疗NAFLD可有效改善NAFLD的临床症状、生化指标和超声影像,但是否能进一步长期应用,尚待更多的临床研究。
