腹针联合穴位贴敷治疗外科老年患者功能性便秘效果观察及护理

目的探讨腹针联合穴位贴敷治疗外科老年患者功能性便秘的效果及护理措施。方法将106例患有功能性便秘的外科老年患者随机分为治疗组和对照组,对照组给予常规治疗,治疗组在此基础上增加腹针联合穴位贴敷治疗。比较2组疗效。结果治疗组62例患者,治愈36例(58.06%),好转23例(37.10%),治疗组总有效率(95.16%)明显高于对照组(70.45%),2组比较差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对患有功能性便秘的外科老年患者采用腹针联合穴位贴敷治疗效果优于常规治疗方法。

Objective To investigate the curative effect and nursing of abdominal acupuncture combined with acupoint sticking therapy surgery in elderly patients with functional constipation. Methods 106 cases of hospitalized elderly patients with functional constipation were randomly divided into treatment group 62 cases and control group of 44 cases, 2 groups were given conventional treatment, the treatment group added with abdominal acupuncture, aeupoint application therapy. To observe the therapeutic effect of the 2 groups. Results The treatment group of 62 cases were cured, 36 （58.06%） cases, improvement in 23 （37.10%） cases, the total efficiency of 95.16% treatment group was significantly higher than the control group （70.45%）, 2 groups had significant difference （P〈0.05）. Conclusion The conventional treatment method on treating effect is better than that of paste on surgical elderly functional constipation patients with abdominal acupuncture, acupoint.
