摘要
本文分析了优秀的设备监理人员流失的原因,提出激励是减少人员流失的主要手段,监理公司可通过物质和人性面的激励,尤其是组织领导人行为激励,减少优秀设备监理人员的流失,提高对公司的忠诚度,促进企业发展。
This article analyzed what cause the loss of excellent plant engineering consultants. It proposed that the main method to prevent staff turnover is to establish incentivize system. A plant engineering consulting company can adopt material and spiritual incentives, particularly an organization's leader behavior incentive, to reduce the turnover rate of excellent plant engineering consultants; therefore, to improve staff loyalty, which would contribute to the growth of the company
