桂哌齐特治疗急性缺血性脑梗死的临床效果评价

目的观察评价桂哌齐特在治疗缺血性脑梗死中的临床疗效。方法将2011年10月-2012年10月间经治的急性缺血性脑梗死患者100例随机分成对照组50例和观察组50例。观察组在常规治疗的基础上给予桂哌齐特320 mg注入0.9%氯化钠注射液500 mL中静脉滴注,1次/d,2周为1疗程。所有病例在治疗前、治疗1周后、2周后分别进行临床神经功能缺损程度及病残程度分级评价。结果观察组患者基本痊愈19例,显著进步18例,进步9例,无变化3例,恶化1例,总有效率为92%,对照组患者基本痊愈13例,显著进步9例,进步17例,无变化9例,恶化2例,总有效率为78%,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。与治疗前相比,两组治疗后神经功能均有显著改善(P<0.05);组间比较,观察组神经功能改善更明显(P<0.05)。结论桂哌齐特治疗可有效缓解缺血性脑梗死患者的病情,有助于神经功能的恢复,适合于缺血性脑梗死的临床应用。

Objective To determine the clinical effects of cinepazide on ischemic stroke. Methods 100 patients diagnosed with acute ischemic stroke in our hospital had been selected from October 2011 to October 2012, and they were divided into two groups：50 cases in control group and 50 in observation group. Besides conventional therapy, patients in observation group received intravenous drip of 0.9%sodium chloride injection including 320 mg of cinepazide once every day, and 2 weeks composed a course of treatment. Before treatment, 1 week and 2 weeks after treatment, the clinical degree of neurologic impairment and invalidism of each patient was graded under the criteria passed by the second national cerebral vascular academic conference. Results In the observation group, the patients basically cured 19 cases, significant progress in 18 cases, 9 cases of progress, no change in three cases, one case of deterioration, the total effective rate was 92%;in the control group were basically cured 13 cases, 9 cases of significant progress, and progress in 17 cases, no change in nine cases, two cases of deterioration. Total effective rate between observation group（92%）and control group（78%）was statistical significant（P〈0.05）. Neurologic impairment grade before treatment, 1 week and 2 weeks after treatment had statistical significance（P〈0.05）in each group. Especially, The cinepazide treatment group had better Neurologic function restoration, which existed statistical significance（P〈0.05）between two groups by analysis of neurologic impairment grade. Conclusion The curative effect of cinepazide on ischemic stroke is definite and cinepazide is appropriate for clinical application.
