为解决施工企业降低施工成本的迫切需要,本文结合工程实例,以推广实施建筑业十项新技术、优化施工方案为主,进一步挖掘降低施工成本的有效途径。经过半年的努力,以实践证明了本方案的科学性和有效性。并且在降低施工成本方面取得了显著的成绩。

In order to solve the urgent need that construction enterprises reduce the construction cost, this paper combined withengineering examples, took the implementation of the ten new construction technologies and the optimization of construction program asprincipal thing, further excavated the effective way to reduce the construction cost. After six months efforts, the scientific and effectiveness of this program was proved by practice, and the significant achievements were got to reduce construction cost.
