This article is in accordance with the reform thought of ministry of education, analyzes the characteristics of the independent enrollment students in colleges and universities at home and abroad, according to the education needs of students, this paper discusses how to scientifieally carry out the independent recruitment of students arid personnel training work under the background of students diversification in higher vocational colleges.
