The higher alcohol ingredient in beer mainly refers to propyl alcohol, isobutanol and isoamyl alcohol, and its suitable range in beer is 50-100μg/ml, low content affects the taste and flavor, high content easily causes the phenomenon of headache and dizziness. Research on detection methods of alcohol content in beer can help to improve the quality of beer.
