摘要
目的探讨健康教育在肛肠科护理质量工作的应用效果。方法分析肛肠科收治的患者200例临床资料,依据护理过程中是否实施健康教育进行分组,对照组100例和健康教育组100例。结果健康教育组肛肠科患者对于健康教育认知能力评分优于对照组,健康教育组肛肠科患者术后疼痛分级优于对照组,P<0.05,差异均有统计学意义。结论健康教育在肛肠科护理质量工作应用可以明显提高患者的健康教育认知能力评分,降低术后疼痛,值得临床推广应用。
Objective To approach detection of nursing quality of Anorectal by health education, Method To analyze 200 eases patients of Anorectal,whieh was to be divided into control group 100 cases and health education group 100 cases. Result The Health education on cognitive ability scores of health education group were better than control group,the Classification of postoperative pain of health education group were better than control group,P〈0.05,the difference were statistical significance. Conclusion The nursing quality of Anorectal were proved Health education on cognitive ability scores,decreased Postoperative pain,which was to be used.
