循证护理在预防神经外科患者压疮及提高患者满意率中的应用效果分析

The Application Effect Analysis of Prevention of Pressure Sores and Improve Patients Satisfaction Rate of Military Sursery Patients by Evidence-based Nursing

目的探讨循证护理在预防神经外科患者压疮及提高患者满意率中的应用效果。方法分析神经外科收治的患者68例临床资料,依据护理措施不同进行临床分组,常规护理组30例和循证护理组38例。结果循证护理组压疮发生率和患者满意率明显优于常规护理组,P<0.05,差异均有统计学意义。结论循证护理在预防神经外科患者应用后,可以明显的降低压疮发生率,提高患者满意率,值得临床推广应用。

Objective To approach application effect of prevention of pressure sores and improve patients satisfaction rate of military sursery patients by evidence- based nursing. Method To analyze 68 cases clinical data of patients in department of neurosurgery,which was to be divided into conventional nursing group 30 cases and evidence-based nursing group 38 cases. Result The pressure sore incidence rate and patient satisfaction rate of evidence-based nursing group were better than conventional nursing group, P〈0.05,the difference were statistical significance. Conclusion The evidence-based nursing in department of neurosurgery patients after application of prevention, decreasing rate of pressure ulcer and increasing patient satisfaction rate, which was to be used.
