肩关节镜下锚钉缝合治疗旋袖肌撕裂

Therapeutic effect of arthroscopy anchor suture in the treatment of rotator cuff injury

目的探讨肩关节镜下锚钉缝合治疗旋袖肌撕裂的疗效。方法肩关节镜下锚钉缝合修复17例旋袖肌撕裂患者。采用UCLA评分评估术前、术后半年肩关节功能。结果 17例均获得随访,时间6～27(14.5±2.5)个月。患者疼痛症状缓解或消失。UCLA评分:术前为35.2～50.6(45.1±3.2)分,术后6个月为85.3～96.7(89.9±1.2)分,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),其中优8例,良6例,中2例,差1例。结论肩关节镜下锚钉缝合治疗旋袖肌撕裂,患者疼痛症状缓解明显,肩关节功能恢复较理想。

Objective To explore the clinical result of using anchor suture under arthroscope treating rotator cuff injury. Methods 17 cases of rotator cuff injury were enrolled in the study. All the patients were treated with anchor su- ture under arthroscope. UCLA was used for shoulder joint functional evaluation preoperatively and half year after the operation. Results 17 patients were all followed up. The follow-up time was 6 - 27 （ 14. 5 ± 2. 5） months. All patients got relief from the pain of their shoulders. According to the UCLA rating system, the score at 0.5 year follow-up was improved to 85.3 -96. 7（89. 9 ± 1.2） points from 35.2 -50. 6（45. 1 ±3.2） points （preoperative）. Obvious difference can be found between them （P 〈0.05）. 8 cases were classified as excellent,6 as good,2 as fair, and las poor. Conclusions The treatment of rotator cuff injury with arthroscope could have an excellent result, as it could relieve pain efficiently, restore shoulder joint funetion.
