人Toll样受体9基因多态性与感染相关性疾病的关系 被引量:2

摘要 Toll样受体(TLRs)作为一种跨膜信号传递受体,是先天性免疫模式识别受体的重要组成部分,在识别病原微生物、触发天然免疫和影响获得性免疫中发挥着重要作用,是免疫系统迅速抵抗病原微生物感染的一线武器。目前发现的TLRs有10余种,结构组成上类似,均为I型跨膜蛋白,由胞外区、跨膜区和胞内区3部分组成,不同TLRs之间胞外区存在较大差异,有助于识别不同配体。
