CD117阴性胃肠道间质瘤KIT基因突变一例 被引量:2

摘要 患者女,40岁.因上腹部不适半年,于2013年2月17日入院.体检:腹部平坦,未见胃肠型及蠕动波,全腹未触及包块,Murphy征阴性.肛门指诊未见明显异常.胃镜检查:贲门见一不规则肿物,大小约3.0 cm ×4.0 cm,近环周,表面多处破溃,质硬,易出血.胃体充血,胃内有少量半透明液体,诊断:贲门肿物,慢性胃炎-非萎缩性,病理回报:(贲门)黏膜慢性炎症伴急性活动、水肿,胃小凹增生,并见坏死,坏死下见肌肉样组织.
