手指骨继发性软骨肉瘤一例 被引量：1

摘要 患者男,46岁.发现右手中指肿物2年.最初约黄豆大小,无明显症状,最近肿块逐渐增大并胀痛,关节活动受限,遂于2012年6月11日来院就诊.X线片示：右手中指中节骨旁类圆形肿物,向曲侧和桡侧膨出,与骨皮质界限不清,髓腔内不规则密度增高影,似有软骨样物,骨膜不完整.肿物大部分为透射线的区域,内有分布不均的环状及絮状不透光区域（图1）.以软骨瘤行手术切除,将中指及肿物全部送病理检查.
