抗微生物肽LL-37作用研究进展 被引量：2

摘要 LL-37是迄今在人体发现的抗微生物肽Cathelicidins家族的惟一成员.现将近年来对LL-37的研究综述如下. 1.LL-37的主要功能：（1）抗菌活性：LL-37具有广谱抗菌作用,对多种革兰氏阳性菌、革兰氏阴性菌均有良好的抗菌活性,同时对许多耐药菌株如耐药金黄色葡萄球菌、绿脓杆菌、真菌亦有很好的杀菌作用.研究表明[1],LL-37在抑制表皮葡萄球菌克隆增殖方面起着重要作用,从而对人体表皮葡萄球菌感染具有预防和治疗作用.
