第304例 头皮溃疡—恶性上皮样肿瘤—骨、肺转移

摘要 患者女，22岁，2007年4月发现右枕部头皮糜烂破溃，无痛，至浙江大学医学院附属第二医院整形科就诊，予以活检并清创，术后病理见肉芽组织和纤维组织增生。术后创面不愈合，于2007年5月复诊，予以扩大清创，切除溃疡部头皮及周围组织。
