胰腺实性假乳头状瘤CT征象分析(附35例报告)

Analysis of CT manifestation of solid pseudopapillary tumor of the pancreas:reoprt of 35 cases

目的探讨胰腺实性假乳头状瘤CT表现,进一步提高对该病的认识和鉴别诊断能力。方法回顾性分析手术病理证实35例胰腺实性假乳头状瘤患者临床影像资料,总结影像特征。结果患者平均年龄26.6岁,13例肿瘤位于胰尾,胰头部9例,胰颈部6例,胰体部6例,胰外1例。CT表现多为类圆形囊实性肿块,实性成分渐进性强化,2例无明显强化;25例包膜完整,11例有钙化;3例有胰源性门静脉高压。结论胰腺实性假乳头状瘤CT表现具有一定特征性,对术前做出正确诊断具有重要价值。

Objective To investigate the CT findings of solid pseudopapillary tumor of pancreas （SPTP） and to improve the diagnostic accuraly. Methods CT features of thirty five patients with surgically and pathologically confirmed SPTP were retrospectively analyzed. Results The average age of patients was 26.6 years. The leisions of SPTP located in pan creatic tail （n=13）, pancreatic head （n=9）, pancreatic neck （n=6）, pancreatic body （n=6）, extra-pancreatic （n=l）. The majority was manifested roundlike solid cystic mass on CT scan. Solid parts of tumors were progressive enhancement. 2 cases showed no obvious enhancement. Tumors of 25 cases were surrounded with complete capsule. Calcification could be seen in 11 cases. 3 cases had pancreatogenic portal hypertension. Conclusion CT manifestations may provide valuable informations for correct diagnosis before operation.
