摘要
研究了天然胶乳/甲酸/过氧化氢混合物的酸度效应,探讨了混合物的酸度与其组成及停留时间的关系。结果表明,过氧化氢可使pH=2.0的天然胶乳-甲酸混合物的pH值显著下降,对于pH=2.0的天然胶乳/甲酸/过氧化氢混合物,随着停留时间的推移,体系的pH值在初期发生显著的下降,随后又上升并超过初始pH值。天然胶乳/甲酸/过氧化氢混合物所表现的上述酸度效应是混合物中所含天然橡胶、甲酸和过氧化氢之间相互作用和反应情况的综合体现。
Acidity of Natural rubber latex/formic acid/hydrogen peroxide mixture was studied, the acidty relation with mixture composition and remained time were obtained. The results showed that when the MHCOOH/MIPU increased between 0 ~ 0. 4, the PH value of natural rubber latex/formic acid mixture decreased re-markably; For the rubber latex/formic acid mixture with PH value 2. 0, the hydrogen peroxide could make its PH value decreased first,as influenced by the reaction of natural rubber and its epoxidated products with hydrogen peroxide and formic acid, the PH value increased up and exceeded its initial value when the re-mained time prolonged further.
