高职高专社会体育专业人才培养模式的探索与实践——以连云港师范高等专科学校“1+1”培养模式为例

Training Mode for Social Sports Talents in higher vocational colleges: Based on Lianyungang Normal College's “1 + 1”Training Mode

采用文献资料和访谈法,对连云港师范高等专科学校社会体育专业人才培养模式的现状进行调查分析。结果表明"1+1"人才培养模式经过不断的摸索探寻,逐步"以市场需求为导向、职业技能为核心、‘校企合作’为平台"的高职高专社会体育专业人才培养模式,可以适应经济社会的发展需求,为学生就业寻求出路。

Through research survey and face - to - face interview, this article investigates and analyzes the present situation of social sports personnel training in Lianyungang Normal College. The result suggests that the ＂1 ＋ 1＂ mode of personnel training, after continuous effort and repeated adjustment, has established its training mode of PE professionals by school - enterprise cooperation with a market orientation and a professional competence cen- ter, which is adaptable to the economic development and helpful for students＇ employment prospects.
