新时期我国社区文化建设机制的思考

Thinking about Development Mechanism of Community Culture in the New Era

社区文化建设是激励社区个体全面发展,促进社区建设繁荣的基础,是提升城市文明进程的有利武器,是加快城市面貌更新的有效途径。它在经济社会快速发展的新时期凸现出一些问题需要我们关注和思考,本文就从社区文化建设的组织、育人、管理、参与和创新机制进行了分析并提出一些初步建议。

Community Cultural Construction is a foundation inspiring individuals comprehensive development in the community and promoting prosperity of community building, also is a powerful weapon rising the process of ur- ban civilization, is an effective way to speed up updating the urban scape. We need to think and focus some high- light problems that present in new era of fast development of economics and society. The organization, education, management, participation and innovation mechanisms of community cuhural construction are analyzed in the paper and some preliminary recommendations are presented for community cultural constructions.
