以玉米胚芽饼为原料采用离子交换法提取植酸的新工艺，植酸收率可达９７ ．６ ％ 以上，粗蛋白质量降至０ ．１４ ％ 。

A new technology used to extract phytic acid from corn plantule cake is introduced.The percent recovery of phytic acid amounts to 97.1% and the content of raw protein reduces to 0.14%.
