2012年美国心脏病学院基金会/美国心脏协会/美国心脏节律协会(ACCF/AHA/HRS)关于置入型心脏转复除颤器(ICD)的治疗指南 被引量:2

摘要 一、置入型心脏转复除颤器(ICD)治疗的适应证ICD的适应证最初用于幸免于1次或多次心脏骤停以及药理学治疗无效患者。随后多项临床试验证实与抗心律失常药物相比ICD对猝死的二级预防可改善生存率。目前大规模、前瞻、随机、多中心研究证实对猝死的一级预防也有效,对既往未发生心脏骤停或持续性室性心动过速的有选择性患者人群,也可改善总体生存率。
