摘要
目的:考察甘肃乌拉尔甘草具有抑菌作用的内生细菌的活性物质。方法:利用HPLC检测,以甘草苷、甘草酸单铵盐标准品为参照,对甘草有效菌株内生细菌JTYB-001、JTYB-053、JTZB-001发酵液抑菌活性成分进行分析。结果:三菌株代谢产物出峰时间分别为(RT=21.071分钟)、(RT=21.041)、(RT=21.067),与甘草酸单铵盐标准品的出峰时间(RT=21.031分钟)相近,采用面积法对其定量,产量分别约为0.033、0.005,0.013mg/mL。结论:甘肃乌拉尔甘草野生与栽培品有效菌株内生细菌JTYB-001、JTYB-053、JTZB-001三菌株分别含有与宿主相同药理活性的甘草酸类物质。
Objective: To investigate active substance of endophytic fungus in Gansu ural licorice. Method: Bacteriostatic active substance of endophytic fungus JTYB-001, JTYB-053 and JTZB-001 fermentation broth in ef- fective strains of licorice were detected by HPLC and analyzed by taking glycyrrhizin and glycyrrhizic acid as the in- dexes. Result: The peak times of three strains metabolite were respectively (RT=21.071min), (RT=21.041) and (RT=21.067), they were closed to the peak time of mono-ammonium glycyrrhizinate standard substance (RT=21.031 minutes), their quantification and yields were respectively 0.033, 0.005 and 0.013mg/mL by area method. Conclu- sion: Endophytic fungus JTYB-001, JTYB-053 and JTZB-00I of effective strain in wild and cultivated Gansu ural licorice are found to contain glycyrrhizic acid identical with the host which owns pharmacological activity.
