某中医院医护人员传染病知识培训效果评价

Effectiveness Evaluation of Infectious Disease Knowledge Training for Medical Staff of a TCM Hospital

目的:了解某中医院医护人员对法定传染病知识的认知情况。方法:采用自行设计的调查问卷,对医护人员进行传染病相关知识问卷调查并评价培训效果。结果:培训前医生对传染病的诊断、病因、预防措施的知晓率均高于护士,有统计学意义(P<0.05)。医护人员在培训后对传染病的分类、报告卡填写、报告时限、报告方式、报告流程的知晓率高于培训前,有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:通过培训能够有效提高医护人员传染病知识,医疗机构应加强对医护人员的培训。

Objective： To understand the recognition of medical staff in a TCM hospital to legal infectious disease knowledge. Method： Medical staff were investigated with self-design questionnaires and the effects of the training were judged. Result： The awareness rates at the diagnosis, the cause, prevention measures of the infectious disease in the doctor were higher than those of the nurses before training, the difference had statistical meaning （P〈0.05）. The awareness rates of medical staff at the sorting of infections disease, filling in the card, the time limitation of the report, the way of the report and the procedure of the report after training were higher than those before training, the difference had statistical meaning （P〈0.05）. Conclusion： Training could effectively improve infectious disease knowledge of medical staff, the training for medical staff in medical institutions should be strengthened.
