摘要
目的:探讨男性神经外科患者最适宜的接尿方法。方法:将伴随尿失禁的99例神经外科患者随机分为留置导尿组、假性导尿组和改良接尿器组,每组33例。对其尿常规、尿液外漏、会阴部皮肤有无尿液性皮炎、日均床单污染更换次数及排尿护理相关费用等方面进行比较分析。结果:3组患者在尿道刺激、尿比重、出入液量统计准确性、有无漏尿及尿液性皮炎、尿WBC、日均排尿护理费用等方面比较,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论:改良接尿器接尿法可降低排尿不能自控患者泌尿系感染的发生率,有效降低尿液性皮炎发生率。
Objective： To discuss the best collecting urine method suitable for male patients in neurosurgery department. Method： All 99 patients with urinary incontinence were randomized into three groups, 33 cases each group, that is, indwelling catheter group, sham urethral catheterization group and improved urine collector group. Routine urine test, urine leakage, whether urine-induced dermatitis was found in perineal skin, daily changing times of contaminated sheets and related costs for urination care of three groups were analyzed and compared. Result： The difference had statistical meaning among three groups in urethral stimulation, urine specific gravity, the accuracy of fluid input and output, if there was urine leakage and urine-induced dermatitis, urinary WBC and daily urination care cost （P〈 0.01）. Conclusion： Collecting urine method could reduce the incidence of urinary infection in the patients suffering from urinary incontinence with improved urine collector as well as the incidences of urine-induced der- matitis.
