摘要
目的:了解咨询者的需求,不断提高药师的业务水平,促进临床合理用药。方法:对门诊药房540例药物咨询情况进行回顾性分析。结果:从咨询者身份统计,患者咨询数所占比例最大,占76.3%,其次是医师,占12.2%;从咨询药物内容统计结果分析,对药物的用法用量及注意事项咨询人数最多,148人,占27.4%;从咨询药物类型统计结果分析,抗感染药最多,占35.2%;咨询方式一般是窗口咨询。结论:医院开展药物咨询服务有利于药师与医生、患者、护士之间的沟通,促进了临床合理用药,提高了患者用药的依从性。
Objective To to get a clear idea of the reguirement of consultants, improve continuously professional skill of pharma- cists and promote the clinical rational medication. Methods Collect and sort the information for the consultation of 540 cases of outpa- tient pharmacy drugs from January 2011 to January 2013 and analyze restrospectively. Results From the statistics about the identities of consultants, of all the consultants, patients have the largest percentage 76. 3%, followed by doctors 12. 2%. From the statistics about the contents of consultation, the consultants who consult theinstructions and dosage have the largest number with 148 consultants, 27.4%. From the statistics about the types of drugs, the largest percentage of drugs are used for antiinfeitions 35.2%. Generally speaking, the approach to the consultation is window consulting. Conclusion Medication consultation in hospital is advantageous to the communication among pharmacists, doctors, nurses and patients, promotes the clinical rational use of drugs and improves the medica- tion compliance of patients.
