摘要
目的研究罗汉果甜苷对复合因素所致大鼠肝纤维化的影响。方法通过给予大鼠高脂、乙醇和四氯化碳三种因素建立复合因素诱导肝纤维化模型,观察罗汉果甜苷对肝纤维化大鼠的肝功能指标、脂质过氧化产物和胶原蛋白的影响。结果与正常对照组相比,复合因素所致肝纤维化模型组血清谷丙转氨酶(ALT)、谷草转氨酶(AST)、总胆固醇(TC)和甘油三酯(TG)含量明显增加(P<0.01),肝组织脂质过氧化产物丙二醛(MDA)和胶原标志物羟脯氨酸(Hyp)含量也显著增加(P<0.01)。与模型对照组相比,不同剂量罗汉果甜苷可剂量依赖性地降低大鼠血清中ALT活性及TC和TG含量(P<0.05或<0.01);并可降低肝组织中MDA和Hyp的含量(P<0.05或<0.01)。结论罗汉果甜苷对复合因素所致肝纤维化大鼠有一定的保护作用。
Objective To study the effect of mogroside on rat liver fibrosis induced by multiple hepatotoxic factors in rats.Methods Rat models of liver fibrosis induced by multiple hepatotoxic factors were established by giving high-fat,ethanol and carbon tetrachloride.Observe the effect of mogroside on the liver function indictors,lipid oxida- tion products and collagen of rats with hepatic fibrosis.Results Compared with the normal control group,the liver fi- brosis model group had significantly increased serum alanine aminotransferase (ALT), aspartate aminotransferase (AST), total cholesterol (TC) and triglycerides (TG) ( P ~ 0.01 ). Their product of lipid oxidation-malcndialdehydel (MDA) and the content of hydroxyproline(Hyp) in liver tissues also significantly increased( P %0.01).Compared with the liver fibrosis model group,different doses of mogroside could dose- dependently reduce the activities of ALT in rats serum and the content of TC and TG( P 〈0.05 or 〈0.01), and can also reduce the content of MDA and hydroxyproline in hepatic tissue.Conclusion Mogroside has certain protective effect on rat liver fibrosis induced mul- tiple hepatotoxic factors.
