摘要
通过水稻苗期水培方法,以相对生物量、植株Cd累积量和Cd转移系数为指标,研究广西当前主要种植的超级稻、杂交稻和常规稻(共10个水稻品种)的耐镉特性。结果发现,5 mg·L-1Cd胁迫下,不同品种水稻对Cd的耐性、累积性和转运能力方面存在较明显的差异。通过聚类分析发现,常规稻野丝占和玉丝占的耐镉特性优于杂交稻和超级稻。表明水稻耐镉特性与水稻类型存在一定关系,对丰富水稻耐镉的相关信息,有针对性的进行耐Cd水稻品种的筛选有积极意义。
In order to understand Cd tolerance characteristics in 10 rice cultivars including ' super' flee, hybrid rice and conventional rice planted in Guangxi, relative biomass, Cd eumulant and Cd transloeation eeeffieient in rice were studied with the method of seeding hydroponics. The results showed that different kinds of rice had significant differences in Cd tolerance, accumulation and translocation at 5mg·L^-1 level of Cd stress. The duster analysis indicated that conventional flee of Yusizhan and Yesizhan had better Cd tolerance characteristics than hybrid rice and 'super' rice. The results proved that there was some relationship between Cd tolerance characteristics and rice types, and the results had positive meaning to relevant information of Cd tolerance in rice and purposeful rice sifting.
