大麦农艺性状分析及籽粒黄酮含量的测定 被引量:6

摘要 为研究不同大麦材料的黄酮含量和发掘高黄酮含量的大麦品种,测定了中国及其他国家的177个大麦品种的黄酮含量,并对其在昆明地区生态条件下6个农艺性状的遗传参数及相关性进行了分析。结果表明,6个农艺性状品种间都呈极显著遗传差异;性状间遗传力(h2)大小顺序:千粒重(48.47%)>全生育期(46.34%)>株高(46.18%)>实粒数(41.23%)>穗长(38.94%)>有效穗数(34.04%);大麦品种群体各农艺性状在云南表现的遗传变异不同,利用本群体进行新品种选育时,应考虑各农艺性状的表现特点和遗传潜力的大小;不同品种中黄酮含量差异大,中国大麦籽粒黄酮含量(125.08±19.00)mg/100g高于外国大麦籽粒(112.68±16.24)mg/100g,多棱大麦籽粒黄酮含量(121.56±17.72)mg/100g高于二棱大麦籽粒(114.28±17.48)mg/100g;其中来自中国的紫光芒大麦黄酮含量177.384 mg/100g是供试样品中最高的。大麦籽粒总黄酮含量与不同农艺性状间存在一定关系,尤其总黄酮含量与生育期和千粒重呈极显著负相关,与实粒数和棱型呈显著正相关。 In order to investigate the total flavone contents in grains of barley with various types and exhumate the good germplasm with high flavone contents, 179 accessions of harley fi'om China and other countries were determined by the eolorimetrie method. And the genetic parameters and correlation of agronomic characters and total flavones in grains for barley were researched at Kunming City, China. The results showed that there was a remarkable or extremely remarkable variance among the varieties on each of the 6 agronomic characters studied, the order of herltability (h^2) of 6 characters was 1000-grain weight(48.47 %) 〉 growth period (46.34 % ) 〉 plant height (46.18 % ) 〉 filled grains per spike (41.23 % ) 〉 spike length (38.94 % ) 〉 efficient panicles per plant (34.04 % ), there had different genetic variation with each agronomy characters in this barley population, so we should considered the expressional characteristics and the value of genetic potential of each agronomic character while selecting new variety by this population. The flavone contents varied among different barley investigated, whieh in harley accessions from China( 125.08± 19.00) mg/100g was higher than that from other countries( 112.68 ± 16.24) mg/ 100g, in the poly-rowed barley( 121.56 ± 17.72)mg/100g was higher than that in two-rowed ones( 114.28 ±17.48 )mg/100g, and the highest flavone contents among all the barley cultivars in this experiment was observed in Ziguangrnang barley from China ( 177. 384 rag/ 100g). The flavone contents was negatively related to growth duration and 1000-grain weigh, and was remarkably related to filled grains per panicle and rowed types.
