摘要 以华北型黄瓜‘川翠3号’、华南型黄瓜9361和9149为试材,开展了黄瓜子叶在不定芽诱导和不定苗分化两个阶段所需的激素配比研究。结果表明,在MS+1.5 mg/L 6-BA+1.0 mg/L ABA的不定芽诱导培养基上诱导20 d左右,转入MS+6-BA 0.3mg/L的不定苗分化培养基,3种黄瓜都能获得较高的植株再生率,平均外植体成苗数在2.2以上。从外植体接种到再生苗移栽仅需8周。再生苗移栽后能正常生长,开花结实。 A high efficient cucumber regeneration system from cotyledons was established with North type variety' Chuancui-3' and South type lines 9361 and 9149. The effects of hormones in the shoot-inducing medium and plantlet-indueing medium were studied. The results showed that 1.5 mg/L 6-BA and 1.0 mg/L ABA was positive for adventitious shoots differentiation. 0.3 mg/L 6-BA induced adventitious shoots to develop normal plantlets. Average 2.2 plantlets could be obtained from one explant in this system. The whole period from cotyledons culturing to plantlets transplanting takes 8 weeks. After transplanting, the planflets flowered and fruited as normal plants.
