摘要
为探讨外源赤霉酸(CA3)对火龙果果实商品性状及产量的影响,以红肉火龙果为试材,设3个喷施CA3处理:①予人工异花授粉后第3天(当天割除花冠)对果实喷施GA350mg/kg 1次处理;②分别于授粉后第3d和第10d喷施GA350mg/kg,共2次处理;③分别于授粉后第3、10和17天喷施GA350mg/kg.共3次处理,采果后对果实的商品性状及产量进行观测和统计。结果表明,与对照相比,喷施外源赤霉酸1、2、3次的平均果实体积分别提高10.9%、23.2%、18.7%,产量分别提高6.5%、16.9%、13.0%;喷施外源赤霉酸后,果实可溶性固形物含量、可食率反而下降;喷施2—3次后,果实成熟期比对照推迟1~2d,果色鲜红带紫。
To study the effects of exogenous GA3 on fruit economic traits and yield of Pitaya, a solution or 50 mg · L^-1 GA3 was sprayed to Pitaya' s (Hylocereus polyrhizus) young fruit. The experiment involved 4 treatments, which sprayed 1 time at 3 days, sprayed 2 times at 3, 10 days and sprayed 3 times at 3, 10,17 days after artificial, poUination respectively while CK sprayed water only. The fruit economic traits and yield were observed and analyzed as soon as harvested, results showed that sprayed GA3 solution i time, 2 times and 3 times can increased Pitaya' s volume of 10.9 % ,23.2 %, 18.7 %, average yield of 6.5 %, 16.9 %, 13.0 % respectively. After GA3 sprayed treat- ment, the soluble solids content and edible percentage were decreased. The maturity stage prolonged for 1 - 2 days after sprayed 2 - 3 times, while fruit peel turned out bright red with purplish.
