摘要
用不同浓度PEG处理陈年野菜种子后对其活力测定。结果表明,用PEG处理后,可明显提高种子发芽率、发芽势、发芽指数、可溶性糖,减低绝对电导率,极大改善了陈年种子的活力,PEG不失为一种改善陈年种子活力的有效措施。
Seed vigor was determined after different concentrations PEG processing aged seed of wild vegetables. The results showed that PEG could obviously improve the seed germination rate, germination potential, germination index, soluble sugar, reduce the absolute conductivity, and greatly improve the vitality of the old seeds. PEG could be regarded as a kind of improvement measures for the vigor of aged seed.
