匙叶翼首草种子特性及萌发最适条件的研究

Research on Seed Germination Characteristics and Optimal Conditions of Pterocephalus hookeri( C. B. Clarke) Diels

以3年生匙叶翼首草母株上所采种子为材料,在实验室以培养皿为小区,采用随机区组法,经不同温度、光照和浸泡时间对其种子萌发影响进行研究,探索其种子萌发特性。结果表明,在25℃、黑暗36 h和浸泡48 h的处理条件下匙叶翼首草种子发芽率最高,发芽启动速度最快,发芽持续时间最短,萌发整齐度较高。综合温度、光照和水分各条件对匙叶翼首草种子萌发特性的影响得出:其种子在连续黑暗36 h、恒温25℃和清水浸泡48 h的条件下萌发情况最好;匙叶翼首草种子属中性偏忌光种子。

In this trials, taken the seeds that was collected from triennial plants （ mother plants of the Pterocephalus hooker/ （ C. B. Clarke ） Diels as tested materials, the germination experiment with the culture dish which was regard as subdistrict in the lab, was conducted to determine the germination characteristics of Pterocephalus hooker/ （ C. B. Clarke） Diels at different temperature, light conditions and soaking time. The results showed that under handling conditions of a constant temperature 25 ℃, darkness of 36 hours and soaking 48 hours, the germination rate of the seeds was the highest and germination starting speed was also the fastest, as well as duration germination time was not only the shortest, but also germination uniformity was higher. Therefore, the conclusion which seeds germination of Pterocephalus hooker/ （C. B. Clarke） Diels. was the best under continuous 36 hours darkness, the constant temperature 25 ℃ and soaking 48 hours in the water was drawn through integrating conditions such as temperature, light and moisture, which affected seed germination characteristics. And seeds of Pterocephalus hooker/ （ C. B. Clarke） Dials were neutral and tend to be dark.
