川藏黑猪配套系商品猪饲养水平和饲养模式研究 被引量:3

摘要 针对川藏黑猪配套系商品猪的本质特性,采用3因子交叉试验设计,以多性状综合指数大小判定各因素最佳水平,研究其配套饲养模式,包括适宜的关键养分需要量、饲喂方式和屠宰体重。结果表明,关键养分需要量:育肥前期(20-60kg)消化能和粗蛋白分别是3250kcal/kg和16.5%,育肥后期(60kg-出栏)消化能和粗蛋白分别为3100kcal/kg和13.5%;适宜饲喂方式:前期自由采食,后期限制饲养并添加适量青绿饲料;适宜屠宰体重:90kg。按此方式饲养,川藏黑猪配套系商品猪日增重588.86g,瘦肉率59.18%,料重比3.08,肌内脂肪含量4.6%,嫩度4992.6g。 In this paper, for the essential characteristics of Chuanzang black commercial pig, the scientific feeding techniques including appropriate key nutrient requirements, feeding mode and slaughter weight were studied by using 3 factor crossover design and composite index of multiple traits to determine the best level of each factor. The results showed that the digestible energy in the pre-fattening (20 -60 kg) period and crude protein were 3250 kcal/kg and 16.5 %, respectively, and in fattening (60 kg-slaughter) period 3100 kcal/kg and 13.5 %, respectively ; The suitable feeding mode were ad libitum in pre-fattening and feed restriction with appropriate amount of green feed in fattening; Suitable slaughter weight was 90 k$. ff Chuanzartg black commercial pig reared in this way, its daily gain 588.86 g, 59.18 % lean meat, feed to gain ratio 3.08, intramuscular fat content 4.6 % and tenderness 4992.6 g.
