摘要 应用CLUSTALX 2.1、Mega 5.05、DNAMAN 6.0等软件,构建昆虫纲AQPs的系统进化树,以明确不同昆虫AQPs在进化中的亲缘关系,并找出进化树中聚类在一起的AQPs特异性序列。结果表明,进化树中的55个AQPs聚类成4大簇,聚类情况与昆虫分类基本一致。4簇AQPs共有8段特异性序列,每1段特异性序列中都含有保守的NPA序列,但NPA两侧的氨基酸种类不同,可能影响AQPs的结构、功能及分类。此研究为昆虫AQPs序列进一步比对、AQPs结构和功能预测等问题提供了一定的基础依据。 In this study, CLUSTALX 2.1, Mega 5.05, DNAMAN 6.0 software were applied to build insect AQPs phylogenetic tree and identify the evolution relationship in insect AQPs, and to identify AQPs specific sequence of the different clusters in the phylogenetic tree. The results show that 55 AQPs in evolutionary tree were clustered into four major dusters, basically consistent with insects classification. Four clusters AQPs contain eight specific sequence segments, every segment all contains conserved NPA sequence, but the amino acids, beside NPA,are different. The difference may affects the structure, function, and classification of the AQPs. This research provides the basic data for the further study on AQPs senqence comparison, AQPs structure and function prediction.
