不同因素对黄瓜丙醇二酸含量的影响 被引量:4

摘要 为选育出黄瓜高丙醇二酸专用品种,有必要对于丙醇二酸含量的影响因素进行研究。以丙醇二酸含量不同的3个黄瓜品种为试验材料,采用L9(34)正交试验设计,分析不同品种、植株的不同取样部位、不同的氮素水平和不同生理时期4种因素对黄瓜丙醇二酸含量的影响。结果表明:黄瓜除了果实中含有丙醇二酸外,其茎叶中也含有丙醇二酸并且其含量低于果实。在氮元素处于正常浓度水平时,丙醇二酸的含量高于低浓度和高浓度。另外,盛果期时的含量略高于抽蔓期和结果初期。最终试验筛选出的丙醇二酸含量最高的因素组合为:黄瓜品种为‘C11-35’,取样部位为嫩果实,氮元素浓度0.014 mol/L,生理时期为盛果期。 In order to breeding high tartronic acid content cucumber special varieties, three cucumber varieties with different tartronic acid content were chosen as the test materials. Using the L9 (34) orthogonal test design to analyze the effects of four factors (different varieties, different sampling regions, different nitrogen concentration and different physiological periods) on tartronic acid content. The result showed that stems and leaves contain tartornic acid in spite of the fruits and the content was lower than fruits. When the concentration of nitrogen was in the normal level, the tartronic acid content was higher than in the lower and higher level. In addition,the tartronic acid in full bearing age was slightly higher than in smoke trailing period and in fruiting early stage. Furthermore, the combination of the highest cucumber tartronic acid content: cucumber varieties‘C11-35', sampling positions: fruit, nitrogen concentration: 0.014 mol/L, cucumber physiological period: full productive age.
