摘要
为了增强对叶螨与植物之间相互作用的认识,了解叶螨侵害诱导的植物生理生化反应,进一步完善叶螨综合防控措施。就近年来国内外叶螨侵害后植物各类生理生化反应的最新研究进展进行了综述,较详细的介绍了植物组织和细胞结构、叶绿素、光合作用、蒸腾作用、糖类和矿物元素、氮素代谢、保护酶、蛋白酶抑制剂、多酚多种生理生化变化,指出了多酚是有效防御叶螨的次生化合物之一,并在最后做出研究展望,旨在为进一步研究提供参考。
The aims were to enhance the awareness of spider mite-plant interactions, understand the plants physiological and biochemical reactions induced by the spider mite, and further improve the comprehensive prevention and control measures of spider mite. This paper reviewed the latest research progress on plant physiological and biochemical responses induced by the spider mite both at home and abroad in recent years, and provided details about a variety of physiological and biochemical changes, such as plant tissue and cell structure, chlorophyll, photosynthesis, transpiration, carbohydrate, mineral element, nitrogen metabolism, protective enzyme, protease inhibitor, and polyphenol. It also pointed out that polyphenol was one of secondary compounds which could effective defense against the spider mite, and at the end of the article, the research prospects were summarized, aiming to provide reference for further researches.
