摘要
采用机电一体化结构设计,由PLC控制,实现滴定过程自动化和智能分析。滴定装置采用一体化精密型交换单元,配合光谱分析,检测仪在长期稳定运行的同时,具有较高的检测精度,实现对蒸汽干度的在线检测。
In this paper, the design of mechanical and electrical integration structure is used, and it is controlled by PLC, the titration process automation and intelligent analysis are realized. The titration device uses the integration precise exchange unit, combines with spectral analysis, the detector is in the long-term stable operation, at the same time. it has high detection accuracy, and the online detection of steam dryness is realized.
