宿迁苏宁广场高层住宅楼抗震初步设计探讨

摘要 文章以宿迁苏宁广场33层高层住宅楼为例,重点讲述了高烈度地区该类项目的设计理念及控制标准,阐述了在性能化设计时基于能量分析进行抗震设计,合理利用材料的本构关系,以实现设计的安全性、经济性。 This paper takes a 33-story high-rise residential building as an example,focuses on the design concepts and control standards for this type of project in highly seismic region.h expounds the ways to achieve the design of security & economy,including the seismic design based on energy analysis during the performance-based design process, the rational utilization of constitutive relation of the materials ,and so on.
