大直径钢管卷制一般在三辊卷板机上进行,传统的留压头卷制钢管工艺成本高、浪费大,加工周期长。在珠江新城J2-2地块项目上,采用无压头卷制钢管新工艺,并经过力学实验验证切实可行,使卷板成本得到降低,卷板效率得到极大提高,取得了良好的经济效益与社会效益。
