合成气压缩机浮环改造后,由于备件质量因素导致运行中出现诸多问题。2012年4月,更换低压缸转子和浮环后运行2h即出现泄漏。针对机组浮环失效的原因进行了分析和探讨,对运行维护及后序处理措施提出了建议。
