合成气压缩机轴承温度高原因分析及解决措施

摘要 合成气压缩机在运行过程中出现了轴承温度高的问题,通过分析轴承顶间隙、预负荷系数和瓦块形线的偏差、浮环密封组件加工质量及安装过程中存在的缺陷,找出轴承温度高的主要原因是轴承装配间隙及轴承预负荷系数的选取不合理所致,提出相应的解决措施。 High temperature appeared on bearing of syngas compressor during its operation. After study- ing the bearing top clearance, preloading coefficient, offset of bearing pad morphological line, the process quality of floating ring seal set and defects during installation, the main reasons of high bearing temperature were found that bearing assembly clearance and selected bearing preloading coefficient were not correct. Corresponding measures were proposed.
