ANALYSIS ON HP CYLINDER HIGH VIBRATION IN CO_2 COMPRESSOR AND TREATMENT

介绍二氧化碳压缩机的基本情况及高压缸振动波动的经过,从工艺和设备方面分析判断高压缸振动值高的原因为轴承间隙超标所致,制定应对措施和调整处理方案,保证机组运行到短停检修。通过检修解决了高压缸振动值高的问题,提出今后应注意的事项。

This paper gave a general introduction to C02 compressor and the course of vibration fluctu- ation happened in HP cylinder. From the point of view of process and equipment, it＇s found that the high vi- bration in HP cylinder was caused by too large beating clearance. The countermeasures were established to keep the compressor skid running smoothly till the short shutdown for maintenance when the high vibration problem would be resolved, and lessons would be learned from accidents.
