摘要
路轨两用车中转盘轴承的设计不仅要满足轴承本身的强度要求,还要考虑工作环境等对尺寸、结构的限制。本文较为详细地通过轴承的静载荷计算设计出了满足要求的转盘轴承,利用制图软件SolidWorks建立了转盘轴承的三维模型,并通过有限元分析软件SolidWorks Simulation对转盘轴承进行了应力应变分析,分析结果验证了该转盘轴承的结构设计满足设计要求。
The design of the slewing bearing in road-rail vehicles is not only required to meet the strength of the bearing itself, but also to consider the restrictions of working environment on its size and structure. In this paper, a slewing bearing that meets the require-ments is designed through detailed static load calculation of the bearing. Moreover, a three-dimensional model of the slewing bearing is built by cartographic software SolidWorks. The stress and strain analysis of the slewing bearing is also conducted by the finite element analysis software SolidWorks Simulation. The result shows that the structural design of the slewing bearing has met the requirements.
