巨大胃间质瘤1例

Giant Gastric Stromal Tumor:A Case Report

摘要 病例：患者女，60岁，因“反复上腹痛5年，黑便10余天”于2009年5月22日入院。患者5年前无明显诱因下出现反复阵发性上腹部钝痛，无放射性，与进食排便无关，无恶心呕吐，于中国医科大学附属盛京医院行胃镜检查诊断为非萎缩性胃炎，未予系统性诊治。
