摘要
世界上各个国家和地区的适航管理机构和体系,其工作内容和性质是一致的,但由于各国民用航空产业发展程度不一,研制民航产品的能力有别,以及各国的管理办法和习惯做法的差异,导致各国适航管理的体系和机构在名称、规模和工作方式上常常不一样,这其中,以美国和欧洲两套体系最具代表性。
Many countries in the world have their own airworthiness management systems and agencies, which have the similar responsibilities. As the civil aviation industry in different countries is disaccord, the agencies and management systems are also quite different, the FAA and EASA systems are the most typical representatives.
