摘要 保持高效和有效有助于达成合同谈判目标。树立大团队观念、正确选择和判断谈判对手,有效进行过程把控,准确辨识谈判意图,合理分解商务报价,化冲突于无形是谈判高效、有效并最终制胜的要诀。 Being efficiency and effectiveness should always be driven of the goal of negotiation. The ultimate suc- cess of negotiation hinges on developing and strengthe.ning the seamless and cross function collaboration between parties, choosing and judging correctly on the negotiation counterparts, focusing on the effective process control, i- dentifying the exact goal to be achieved, reasonably analyzing the quotation and bridging the gap between parties.
