摘要
本试验采用银水牛果1年生木质化枝条为插穗,用IBA、NAA和GGR生根粉3种植物生长调节剂、100 mg/L和200 mg/L 2种浓度梯度浸泡6 h进行硬枝扦插初步试验,结果表明:在外源条件控制一致和不考虑插穗内在差别的条件下,IBA 100 mg/L既有利于银水牛果硬枝扦插生根,还能促进其地上苗高的生长、地下根长的延伸以及分枝基径的膨大;NAA是最有利于提高银水牛果再生根数量的植物生长调节剂种类,NAA处理的插穗生根数显著高于其他激素种类及浓度,其中以NAA 200 mg/L为最优。
The hardwood cutting experiment has been carried out by using the annual lignified branches of Shepherd- ia argentea. The cuttings have been dipped in the solution of IBA, NAA and GGR root growth powder of 100 mg/L and 200 mg/L for 6 hours. The results show that IBA100 mg/L is good for rooting, it also can promote the growth of seedling, root and base diameter of branch. NAA is the best one of plant growth regulators to increase the num- bers of regenerated roots. The number of regenerated roots of cuttings treated by NAA is significantly higher than the ones treated by other hormones. NAA 200 mg/L is the best treatment for increasing the numbers of regenerated roots.
